- Foster meaningful collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), agencies, and media to enhance brand visibility and impact.
- Drive the Klook Kreator program by acquiring potential creators and nurturing strong relationships with them
- Grow and manage a content creator community which consists of our Klook Kreator members, using email marketing and Telegram group channel
- Contribute to the overall strategy, execution, and evaluation of KOL marketing efforts for Klook Singapore, including selecting partners, creating creative briefs, and monitoring partnership effectiveness
- Assist the Social & Content team in crafting compelling, inspiring, and relevant content for Klook Singapore’s social media channels to establish a solid and engaging online presence in Singapore
- Monitor social media trends as well as the competitive landscape to proactively share learnings and best practices with the broader team
- Brainstorm marketing ideas and develop initiatives to boost high-quality traffic and conversions
- At least 2 years of solid experience in KOL marketing, community management, or social media marketing and related fields
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
- Proficient understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram)
- In-depth knowledge of the social media influencers landscape in Singapore
- Experience in producing branded content for social media that delivers measurable results
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required
- Knowledge of photo and video editing skills are advantageous
