Senior Associate Scientist, Immuno-Oncology

We are seeking a Senior Associate Scientist to join our Oncology & Immuno-Oncology group, contributing to the development and evaluation of next-generation bispecific antibodies for solid tumor indications. In this role, you will work at the intersection of tumor biology and immune modulation, generating robust, reproducible datasets that inform program progression from preclinical development toward clinical studies, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Discover your role:

• Execute well-designed in vivo studies to evaluate novel bispecific antibodies, including mouse handling, dosing (IP, IV, subcutaneous), and blood/tissue collection
• Perform ex vivo immune profiling (e.g., flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD) to characterize pharmacodynamic response and mechanism of action
• Process tissues and tumors for immune cell isolation and downstream analysis
• Generate high-quality, well-documented datasets suitable for internal reports supporting program advancement
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of experimental design with program needs
• Present findings in group and cross-functional meetings, contributing to ongoing scientific discussions
• Bring strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to experimental rigor and reproducibility
• Stay adaptable and eager to learn new techniques, contributing across multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment

This role requires:

• B.S./M.S. with 2-3 years of relevant experience in oncology, immunology, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality data with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills and clear communication of scientific findings
• Preferred: experience with mouse handling and in vivo tumor models
• Preferred: experience with cell culture, flow cytometry, and/or immunoassays (ELISA, MSD)
