Job Description
Get to Know the Team
- The Grab Commercial & Support (GCS) team drives commercial and support strategies across Grab. They address client needs, build scalable solutions, and improve processes.
- The GCS Sales Strategy and Planning team handles corporate planning, strategy updates, OKR reporting, regional sales planning, and important projects.
- They work with strategic finance, country sales teams, regional businesses, and tech teams to improve Grab's commercial goals.
Get to Know the Role
- We are looking for someone with analytical background to support the GCS Sales Strategy and Planning team.
- You will balance long-term planning, process optimization, and project management.
- You will report to Senior Manager, Sales Planning and working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will provide analytical recommendations based on clear issue framing, rigorous analyses, and synthesis of broad ranges of inputs; to guide projects forward.
- You will lead the development of new business processes in sales planning domain - including baseline assessment, requirements gathering, process design, and pilot testing; to ensure smooth transition to BAU operations.
- You will lead BAU processes in sales planning domain - including refreshing client segmentation across all of our commercial teams in the region
- You will support strategy and corporate planning for Grab Commercial & Support organization, including managing and facilitating OKR reporting and regular business leadership cadences.
- You will support development and refresh of Grab Commercial & Support org’s long-term strategy
- You will communicate organization priorities and guide agreement on team members to bring plans into operational reality.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have 5 years of experience in a strategy, sales planning, project management, or related role.
- You have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- You have business sense, translating complex analyses into relevant business insights for multiple audiences.
- You have customer-focused in all aspects of planning and delivery.
- You have project management skills in accomplishing projects
- You have SQL will be an advantage.
