The Company’s three core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world; Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and its AR glasses, Spectacles.

We’re looking for a Sr. Associate, Sales Operations to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team at Snap! The mission of the Sales Strategy & Operations team is to maximize ads business growth and performance by being the objective, trusted partner to Sales Leadership. In this role, you'll be the right hand to the Global Small and Medium Customer (SMC) organization, a critical team focused on accelerating growth across the next wave of Snap’s advertisers. Your mission will be to maximize the performance of our ads business by building the operational backbone that drives efficiency and scaled revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Be a strategic partner to regional leaders, providing data-driven insights and proactively identifying and executing opportunities to improve business performance and accelerate growth

  • Own weekly revenue forecasting for the SMC business, owning the end-to-end process from data modeling to presenting insights and collaborating with Sales Leadership on reporting key metrics.

  • Support the SMC weekly revenue reporting cadence, including development of materials and ad hoc analyses.

  • Drive quarterly planning and quota setting, analyzing advertiser books of business to maximize revenue potential.

  • Develop and deploy data-driven strategies related to global resourcing, sales effectiveness, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Establish and embed critical metrics to guide the team’s behaviors and evaluate progress.

  • Systematize best practices in the sales process and continuously improve critical workflows.

  • Identify and quantify market opportunities, helping to prioritize customer segments and refine our go-to-market strategy

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Data Science, Product, and Finance, to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and reinforce the operational backbone of the SMC organization.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to present complex business and technical content to a variety of audiences, from sales teams to Snap's business leadership.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging SQL and/or Python for complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and generating actionable insights.

  • Experience with machine learning (ML) models, particularly in forecasting or predictive analysis.

  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, CRM Analytics) and platforms like BigQuery. Proficiency with Salesforce is also preferred.

  • Proficiency in google sheet / excel with demonstrated experience in building models to solve business problems end-to-end.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and own multiple concurrent projects from end-to-end, driving strategic and operational initiatives in a cross-functional environment

  • Ability to evolve in a highly-dynamic environment - prioritizing initiatives, defining milestones or KPIs and driving results with ownership and adaptability

  • Experience partnering with a Sales Organization and Sales Leadership.

  • Exposure and/or interest for the media and advertising market.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience which involved analytical rigor and program management/operational skills typically seen in, but not restricted to, functions like Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Sales/Business Operations, Finance or other similar functions.
