The Senior Associate- Sales Operations will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and running all the sales operations of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.

What will you do as a Senior Associate- Sales Operations:

  • Enhance sales productivity by conducting proper analyses of the data and generate insights for the improvement of sales operations
  • Keep track of all the MIS reports for sale processes and update them timely
  • Provide operational day-to-day support with ownership of CRM and entire customer journey mapping
  • Collate information and maintain dashboards with relevant documents, field updates, invoices, and payment links
  • Create monthly content & reports for executive presentations and sales reporting
  • Liasoning with Finance and Tech team to resolve payment & tech related queries
  • Ensuring operational excellence and excellent customer experience
  • Analyze and review current customer licensing, products, and usage
  • Perform regular research on consumers, competitors, marketplaces, and trends
  • Assisting the larger team in their day-to-day activities such as listing on marketplaces, tech support, documentation, and resolving chat queries

What are we looking for :

  • Degree in business, marketing, or any other related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales operations, service, support teams preferably in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication and research skills
  • Must have excel data manipulation and transformation skills
  • Previous experience on CRMs like Zoho, Freshworks, Salesforce, etc. would be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to organize projects simultaneously and keep an eye on the details
  • High customer orientation and business acumen
  • Interpersonal skills as well as the will and ability to cooperate with people from other departments and managerial levels
  • Data-driven mindset, you are able to take decisions without requiring too much guidance
