What You’ll Be Doing
We’re hiring a hands-on Revenue Technology Senior Associate to support Wati’s Greater China Region's go-to-market operations. You’ll help run and optimize the regional GTM tech stack, build automations, and ensure clean, reliable data flows across systems—so Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams can execute faster with better visibility.
A key part of this role is operating within China’s tooling ecosystem (e.g., Neo CRM, Tencent Meeting, and other local tools) and partnering closely with regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. China & CGR GTM Systems Ownership
- Own day-to-day administration and improvements for China/CGR GTM tooling (e.g., Neo CRM, Tencent Meeting, and other regional systems).
- Ensure regional tooling aligns with global GTM systems and lifecycle workflows (lead → opportunity → customer → renewal), including clean handoffs and reporting.
- Maintain documentation, configurations, and data definitions for China/CGR processes and fields.
2. Integrations, Data Flow, and Data Quality
- Support seamless integrations and data movement between regional tools and the global revenue stack, focusing on data accuracy, timeliness, and traceability.
- Monitor sync processes and troubleshoot failures, data mismatches, duplicate records, and attribution gaps.
- Establish quality checks (validation rules, dedupe logic, mandatory fields) and improve hygiene across core objects.
3. Process Automation & Workflow Optimization
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities for China/CGR teams to reduce manual work (routing, follow-ups, alerts, reporting, renewals coordination, etc.).
- Partner with Sales/CS/Marketing Ops to streamline regional workflows and improve speed-to-lead, conversion, and customer lifecycle execution.
- Where relevant, propose and implement practical AI-enabled improvements into workflows (e.g., summarization, classification, rep assist, workflow triggers).
4. Cross-Functional Partnership (China-first execution)
- Act as the “systems translator” between China/CGR GTM teams and global RevOps/Finance/Product/Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support change management and training: adoption plans, enablement docs, and office hours for regional teams.
5. Governance & Access Controls
- Follow governance best practices around permissions, system access, and configuration changes for regional systems.
- Set up lightweight monitoring/alerts and proactively detect and resolve integration/data issues before they impact pipeline reporting.
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in Revenue Operations Technology / GTM Systems / CRM Administration / Sales Ops Systems (individual contributor role).
- Hands-on experience owning CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, routing logic, and user enablement.
- Working knowledge of integrations (APIs/webhooks, iPaaS tools, data sync patterns) and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM funnel and customer lifecycle systems.
- Fluent English, Mandarin (read/write/speak) and comfortable working with China-based stakeholders and using tools (e.g., Neo CRM, Tencent Meeting).
- Ability to operate across time zones and communicate clearly with business + technical teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with global GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot/CRM ecosystems, analytics, billing/subscription systems, customer success platforms) and connecting them to regional stacks.
- SQL proficiency; comfort with dashboards/BI concepts (funnels, attribution, cohorting).
- Experience implementing AI/LLM-based workflow enhancements responsibly.
- Familiarity with China-related data flow considerations and working with legal/security stakeholders when needed.
