The Project/Sr. Project Engineer will lead the end-to-end execution of Compressed Biogas
(CBG) plant projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on
schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Lead day-to-day operations and site execution; manage all
disciplines, including Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works.
- Planning & Control: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and
resource allocation plans.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with procurement, design, and engineering
teams to ensure seamless material flow and technical alignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client
communications, vendor coordination, and subcontractor management.
- Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify risks, resolve site-level issues,
and ensure 100% adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and quality
protocols.
- Reporting: Maintain rigorous daily progress reporting and documentation for internal
leadership and client review.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical
preferred).
- Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience in project execution, specifically
within Biogas, Renewable Energy, or Process Plants.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead site teams and manage complex, multi
disciplinary subcontractors.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and planning skills with a results
oriented mindset
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical engineering specialization preferred
- 4-5 years hands-on project execution experience in Biogas, Renewable Energy, or Process Plants
- Proven ability to lead site teams and manage complex multidisciplinary subcontractors
