JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Project manage & coordinate all internal & external client jobs to completion, on-budget & on-time

  • Build rapport with stakeholders to secure project requirement, agreement & confidence

  • Closely support & work with other team members to ensure successful & efficient delivery of client jobs

  • Develop client proposals & quotes at Astro Design+Motion

  • Prepare & execute project pitches at Astro Design+Motion

  • Plan & monitor job budgets under your care

  • Stakeholder management: Ensure client & management’s expectations are met in each project

  • Assist Head of Astro Design+Motion in daily/ad-hoc assigned tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Producer in varied media production, of which minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory role. Knowledge and/or experience in post-production, content creation and/or graphic design is a plus.  

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to manage complex projects & multi-task

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

  • Critical thinking, decision-making & problem-solving abilities

  • Strong presentation & influencing skills

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
