Job Title: Senior Associate, Private Markets
Locations: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
About The Role
In this role, you will support accounting and reporting for real assets funds (closed ended, open ended and REITs), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with industry standards.
You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial reporting and support key fund operations, including capital activity, investment accounting, and carried interest calculations.

How You Will Make An Impact
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely fund accounting work within established deadlines
Maintain detailed workpapers, including capital activity, income and expense accruals, and investment transactions
Update and support distribution waterfall (carried interest) models
Calculate management fees and prepare supporting schedules
Review transaction documentation to ensure accurate accounting treatment
Perform bank reconciliations and process journal entries
Support year-end audit processes in collaboration with clients and auditors
Communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders, including auditors
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
2-3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within alternative investments or private markets
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles related to investment partnerships
Experience preparing and reviewing general ledgers, workpapers, and financial statements
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
