What You Will Get To Do:
Prepare and conduct first level review of Federal & State partnership tax returns utilizing Go System RIA
Calculate foreign tax withholding and prepare necessary tax forms
Prepare quarterly tax estimates and year-end projections
Prepare book to tax income reconciliation
What You Will Bring:
2+ years of partnership tax experience with a main concentration either in hedge or private equity funds
Knowledge of foreign reporting requirements a plus
Solid MS Excel and GoSystems knowledge is required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Team player, ability to set priorities and direct team members accordingly, highly organized, attentive to detail and ability to multi-task
