As a Senior Associate in the Rewards Point Transfer team, you will manage and execute the Point Transfer redemption strategy and campaigns across a portfolio of airline and hotel loyalty partners. You will drive promotional campaigns, monitor business performance, and work closely with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance both the customer and partner experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for airline and hotel loyalty partners, coordinating promotional activity, resolving operational issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring contractual commitments are met.
  • Lead creative development and execution for Point Transfer marketing campaigns, including post-campaign performance tracking to continuously optimize promotional strategy.
  • Partner with Voice of Customer stakeholders to improve reporting, analyze customer feedback, and measure the impact of experience enhancements.
  • Consolidate and analyze Point Transfer performance data to monitor key business metrics, assess promotional effectiveness, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Develop monthly business reviews that synthesize financial, marketing, customer, and promotional results into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure Point Transfer processes are well documented, efficient, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support partnership negotiations through market research and strategic analysis to guide future business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to drive customer engagement, redemption growth, and satisfaction goals.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3 years of experience in partnerships, strategy, consulting, business operations, product, marketing, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in partnership marketing or partnership management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics, financial data, and customer insights to support business decisions.
  • Experience developing presentations and communicating recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with external partners, clients, vendors, or strategic stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across varying levels of seniority, both internally and externally.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in loyalty, travel, rewards, or customer engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with Voice of Customer tools, reporting frameworks, or customer feedback analysis.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to partnership negotiations or contract management.
