What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles based in Hong Kong or other markets, ensuring alignment with business needs and budget
- Collaborate with People team members and functional stakeholders to develop effective strategies for building a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, source candidates, conduct screenings, participate in the selection process
- Facilitate first-day arrangement and onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to track progress and insights.
- Coordinate and participate in career events (e.g. university graduate recruitment fairs) to represent Lalamove as employer of choice among fresh graduates
- Support People contact for assigned departments, providing guidance and support on people-related matters.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to facilitate people frameworks including but not limited to talent management, performance management cycle, organisational development, workforce planning
- Contribute to people-related projects, including data analysis, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the formation, implementation, and review of People policies, workflows, and practices across markets.
- Support in handling ad-hoc assignments and HR projects as required.
What you'll need:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in Talent Acquisition and has worked as a business partner before for any functional unit
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of HR policies, workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Self driven and eager to take up new challenges
- Excellent communication in Madarin and English with solid organizational skills.
Skills Required
