The Team:
We are looking for a Middle Office professional to work in the Clear Street Payment team, a part of the operations division. This role will be focused on supporting clients’ payment flow to ensure the efficient handling of cash transactions and managing payment systems.
The Role:
- Processing of incoming and outgoing payments through various channels, including wire transfers and ACH.
- Monitor cash levels to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.
- Monitor and reconcile daily cash movements across multiple accounts and financial institutions.
- Support audits and regulatory examinations by providing necessary payment documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in payment processing.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in cash management, payment processing within a broker dealer or financial services firm
- Experience and knowledge in ISO and SWIFT payment
- Proficiency in financial systems, payment platforms, and reconciliation tools.
- BA/BS Degree in Finance or similar major
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, high attention to details, and extremely organized
We offer:
The Base Salary Range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
