Get to Know the Role
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Omnicommerce Analytics. This role primarily involves supporting the expansion and growth of the Omnicommerce and Payments business in the Philippines by providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. It’s a highly-collaborative role that cuts across teams, involving data analysis and application, and plays a critical part in ensuring Omnicommerce and Payments programs are well-poised for growth on the platform.
The Day-to-Day Activities

Provide analytical support for the Omnicommerce and Payments team including content, revenue, sales, expenses, and other transaction related metrics (optimizing metrics, structuring issues, identifying solutions)

Utilize analytics tools and metrics to provide actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement in merchant management strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders, and recommend relevant OKRs

Build dashboards and track performance at overall and city-level vs. target and vs. prior months

RCA (Root Cause Analyses) to derive reasons for drop in certain metrics & arrive at actions and fixes

Assist with product and feature rollouts and drive high impact business projects

Build a framework to analyze the ROI from promotions and work with the marketing team to understand the ROI of different campaigns

Help the Omnicommerce team across other analyses and requests to support business growth

Help on any special projects or key focus areas
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with a strong academic track record
-
Can effectively communicate in English and Filipino
-
At least 2-4 years of work experience

Experience in strategy, consulting, F&B, and/or a technology related field is plus

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required

Fluent in SQL

Proficiency in R/Python is a huge plus

Competent in quantitative analyses and problem-solving

Able to make key business decisions and provide rigorous, data-driven recommendations

Comfortable working in a semi-structured environment

A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo

Good interpersonal skills and can work with people at all levels with the ability to motivate and empower
