Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Social to support the development, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns.
This role will partner closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, optimized effectively, and aligned with business objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Support paid social campaigns to achieve client goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate day-to-day campaign execution, including campaign and ad builds, quality assurance (QA) checks, launch setup, monitoring, and ongoing optimizations.
- Monitor campaign pacing and support budget management to ensure effective allocation of media spend and alignment with client objectives.
- Help analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Prepare recurring performance reports, campaign analyses, and post-campaign wrap reports.
- Attend client meetings and communicate campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Help develop and deliver presentations that effectively communicate results, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and execution of media plans aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to media planning, execution, and measurement.
- Build effective working relationships with clients, internal client teams, and external partners.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of paid social media experience, preferably in an advertising agency environment.
- Knowledge of performance marketing principles and digital media measurement.
- Experience managing campaigns across paid social platforms, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
- Experience with campaign setup, QA processes, optimization, reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Solid Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when executing campaigns and reviewing data.
- Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $62,000-$70,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
