We are seeking an Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AMISP operations to join our team as an Associate – O&M. The role involves managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of smart meter systems, and driving compliance under the AMISP Bhopal project.
Key Responsibilities
Assign daily operational tasks to technicians.
Conduct performance reviews and monitor efficiency.
Reduce non/never communication cases through proactive oversight.
Smart Meter Operations
Monitor smart meters and analyze data from HES/MDM systems.
Troubleshoot communication issues to ensure seamless connectivity.
Coordinate SM-to-SM replacements to maintain operational reliability.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to operational efficiency standards.
Prepare and submit compliance reports as per project requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within O&M processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in AMISP operations or related O&M functions.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data monitoring and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate across stakeholders.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience: Engineering graduate having at least 2 years of experience in AMISP operations.
Requirements
The Associate – O&M will manage day-to-day operational activities for O&M and as per responsibility mentioned below.
- Managing technician for daily operations task assignment, performance review, reducing non/never communication cases, etc.
- Smart meter monitoring, HES/MDM data analysis, troubleshooting communication issues,
- Coordinating for SM-to-SM replacements and ensuring operational efficiency and reporting compliance under the AMISP Bhopal project.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AMISP operations or related O&M functions
- Experience with smart meter monitoring and HES/MDM data analysis
- Troubleshooting communication issues for smart meter systems
