- Insurance claim - Supporting insurance claim to minimizing our loss for PD and BI
- Controle vegetation and snow - Managing work plan of grass cutting and snow removal to maximize Tsugaru, Aomori, Aomori2 and Nakadomari generations
- Prognosis analysis for all of wind operation plants - Minimizing plant loss or take preventive action by prognosis analysis to minimizing generation loss
- Build wind technical team - Build wind technical team to extend the inhouse WTG maintenance scope
- Manage inhouse WTG maintenance - Arrange monthly maintenance of WTG to keep operation plant safe and high performance to make maximize plant operationArrange METI inspection to save the cost and perform the maintenance on time
- Performance improvement - Monitor plants performance and recommend/implement performance improvement initiatives

Skills Required
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Over 3 years of experience as a PCS Engineer
- Management skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
