Your New Role
- Incident and problem management on infrastructure assets
- Service requests relating to reporting, compliance, capacity/currency reviews, audit data requests Patching and vulnerability management
- DR, Access, Logging, Backup management
- Documentation and handover activities
- Manage multiple stakeholders and task
- Effectively manage services to ensure service stability, service risks are managed effectively, and ongoing service health maintained
- Ensure external and internal policy and compliance processes are understood and followed
What Will You Bring
- Basic to intermediate technical understanding of F5/ checkpoint/ Palo Alto/ other firewall
- Scripting and Automation Knowledge
- Flexible for 24 x 7 OnCall roster
- Relevant industry certifications or equivalent experience. Preferred Checkpoint CCCS certifications
- Ability to remain flexible to deliver business outcomes

Skills Required
- Experience with F5, Check Point, Palo Alto or other firewall platforms
