As the Senior Associate of Partnership Marketing, you will play an important role in this mission by leading co-marketing with our strategic partner brands in the US. You’ll build win-win relationships with partner marketing teams and design joint marketing plans that inspire engagement with millions of consumers.
USA Job Function Description: Develops and executes marketing strategies and plans. Identifies and develops key insights into clients, the marketplace, competitors, macro tends and market opportunities. Analyzes marketplace trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth, determines product requirements and defines targeted customer segments and associated messaging. Creates and/or coordinates the production and distribution of advertising and promotional materials. Establishes, implements and ensures consistent branding standards throughout product lines, promotional materials and events.
What you’ll do:
- Define the role that partnerships play in our Santander US integrated marketing strategy.
- Partner with internal leads to win new strategic partner deals. This will include proactively pursuing new opportunities and strategically assessing incoming partner marketing opportunities.
- Build relationships with strategic partner marketing teams, orienting the collective group towards shared goals and a win-win mindset.
- Develop co-marketing plans with our strategic partners that deliver on our shared goals and activate consumers through our differentiated joint value propositions.
- Execute our co-marketing strategy in conjunction with the wider Santander US marketing team, with an emphasis on striking the right balance in leveraging Santander and partner channels.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent field. (Req)
Master's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent field. (Pref)
Work Experience:
Marketing, Communications or related experience - 9+ years (Req)
and
Financial Services Industry/Banking experience - 3+ years (Req)
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 7+ years of experience in partnership marketing, business development or related field
- Experience building relationships and developing successful strategic partnerships at a Fortune 500 company scale
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to connect the dots and tell a story based on data while also expertly tailoring communication to audiences across functions and levels
- Decisive problem-solving, with an ability to cut through complexity to get the most important work done
- Masters degree a plus

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$160,000.00 USD
