- End-to-End Enablement Programs - Design, implement, and scale programs for onboarding, continuous learning (everboarding), product enablement, certifications, sales plays, coaching, and competitive intelligence.
- Mindtickle Platform Optimization- Take full ownership of our enablement platform—designing courses, building DSRs and learning paths, managing data governance, running audits, and ensuring seamless integration with GTM systems.
- Insights & Decision Support- Champion data-driven enablement by developing dashboards and reports using Mindtickle and business intelligence tools. Interpret trends, analyze performance KPIs, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Strategic Business Impact- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive GTM effectiveness through targeted enablement.
- Governance & Adoption Excellence- Maintain high standards of platform hygiene, adoption, and governance. Run audits to identify gaps and lead remediation efforts to ensure consistency and quality across all enablement content and data.
- Customer-Centric Enablement- Align all enablement efforts to enhance the customer journey—from prospecting to post-sales—ensuring value delivery and customer success at every touchpoint.
- Scalable Solutions & Process Thinking- Build and maintain enablement systems that are repeatable, measurable, and scalable. Lead initiatives that improve productivity, alignment, and operational rigor within GTM teams.
- Innovation & Collaboration- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering to implement new solutions, improve integrations, and unlock new enablement capabilities.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Ops, Customer Success, or related GTM functions.
- Advanced-level expertise in Mindtickle platform usage, management, and reporting.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Salesforce ADM 201 is a plus.
- Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- SaaS or B2B experience preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Gainsight, Mavenlink, or other CS/Professional Services platforms is a bonus.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to changing business needs.
