Job Description
Scimplify is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin to oversee daily administrative operations at our Bangalore Head Office. This also includes managing office maintenance, IT equipment, vendor coordination, and travel logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and eager to contribute to a smooth and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations of the R&D lab, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination.
- Handle procurement and inventory of lab consumables, chemicals, and equipment.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications.
- Coordinate for lab requirements and maintenance.
- Support onboarding of new R&D staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and assist in audits or inspections.
- Facilitate logistics for samples, couriers, and inter-departmental communication.
- Repair and Maintenance, AMC
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of admin experience in R&D / lab / manufacturing setup.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping tools.
