Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Bank Account Reconciliation, Manual Matching, Coding and Commenting
- Research and prepare recommendation to clear pending items
- Calculate Distributions and Commissions
- Resolve or escalate client issues promptly and support resolution as necessary
- Apply appropriate disposition and/or action to resolve discrepancies
- Identify process efficiencies while performing daily work and make recommendations in terms of process and practices to improve team performance
- Build and maintain teamwork , follow up with counterparts in an effective manner
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of External and Internal Reconciliation Process
- Knowledge of Capital market, Mutual fund and Transfer Agency
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research skills
- Ability to maintain a strong client’s focus
- Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties
- Understanding of Smart Desk , AWD and TA2000 applications would be added advantage
