Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Enterprise Intelligence to help organizations transform enterprise data into actionable insights, operational intelligence, and AI-enabled decision support. This is a hands-on role for a highly analytical professional who enjoys solving business problems using data, analytics, visualization, and emerging AI technologies.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical capabilities and can work across multiple client environments to identify opportunities, define key metrics, develop dashboards and analytical solutions, and support enterprise intelligence initiatives. This role offers significant growth opportunities toward analytics leadership, data strategy, and AI-enabled business transformation. This role is based in Buenos Aires. This position will be employed via a 3rd party payroll and will be Senior Associate level equivalent within Ankura’s structure.
Responsibilities
Analyze enterprise data to identify trends, risks, performance drivers, and business opportunities.
Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI frameworks using modern BI and analytics platforms.
Translate business requirements into analytical models, metrics, and reporting solutions.
Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple enterprise systems and data sources.
Support enterprise intelligence initiatives, including executive reporting, operational analytics, and strategic decision support.
Leverage AI and automation tools to improve analytics productivity, insight generation, and reporting processes.
Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value analytical solutions.
Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities to ensure reliable reporting.
Produce clear documentation, presentations, and client-facing deliverables.
Participate in requirements gathering, workshops, solution design discussions, and project planning activities.
Qualifications
2-6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, enterprise reporting, consulting, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI and visualization platforms.
Experience working with enterprise data warehouses, cloud analytics platforms, or modern data ecosystems.
Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and meaningful insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and business stakeholders.
Experience developing KPIs, metrics frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance reporting.
Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics techniques is preferred.
Preferred experience with Python, data modeling, semantic layers, or modern analytics engineering concepts.
Preferred exposure to enterprise data governance, data quality, and information management practices.
Must be fluent in English
Cloud or platform certifications (any major provider) is preferred
