Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate in its Discovery & Analytics Solutions practice to support the delivery of global eDiscovery engagements as part of its growing India-based team. This role serves as a key executional and technical contributor within the practice, bridging the gap between Associates and Managers and supporting high-quality, defensible delivery across investigations, litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters.
The Senior Associate combines hands-on eDiscovery project work with leadership responsibilities, providing technical guidance to junior team members while supporting Managers with workflow execution, quality control, and issue resolution across active matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute core eDiscovery tasks across processing, hosting, review support, analysis, and production.
Configure and administer Relativity workspaces, including permissions, workflows, and quality checks.
Provide technical guidance to Associates and review teams.
Monitor task-level progress and escalate issues or risks as appropriate.
Support documentation of workflows, procedures, and matter-specific requirements.
Assist Managers with reporting, tracking, and matter close-out activities.
Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices.
Essential Traits & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or related field.
Experience: Typically 3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support
Strong working knowledge of Relativity and eDiscovery workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to defensibility and quality.
Ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively as part of a global team.
