Senior Associate, Digital Marketing & Communications (India)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with portal-based and inbound marketing requests for support in the creation of a variety of digital marketing content including email, social media, webinars, videos and podcasts.
• Partner with Account Managers to develop valuable and engaging email marketing campaigns.  Utilize templates to build emails, manage distribution lists and schedule sends using Hubspot.  Compile engagement analytics and reporting.
• Manage social media calendar and schedule posts on various social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
• Research relevant industry events and awards. Identify opportunities to nominate the Firm and its consulting professionals. Create and manage award submission calendar and work with team members to submit nominations prior to deadlines.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of portal requests, email marketing campaigns, social media engagement and more.
• Track SEO and Google Analytics data. Monitor and analyze site performance and review tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase engagement and search engine ranking.
• Proactively identify risks while seeking partnership from internal teams to prioritize and mitigate/resolve issues

Qualifications:

• Experience Required: 7 years atleast
• Strong knowledge of email marketing and social media campaigns utilizing Hubspot.  

• Experience with digital media strategy and production – specifically email marketing content, webinars, social media, video editing and production, podcast editing and other projects as needed.
• Experience utilizing Hubspot for email marketing campaigns and social media scheduling.
• Experience compiling campaign performance metrics for website content and 3rd-party content aggregators as well as engagement analytics for social media, email marketing and more.
• Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent Communication Skills with a self-driven approach
