The Role

Job Purpose:

Primary purpose of the role is to provide LMS administration support for SuccessFactors Learning and transactional processes associated with GSK’s Learning Experience platform (Blend LXP/SAP Jam).

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of service tickets to deliver on training administration transactional processes for SuccessFactors Learning for the following activities:

    • Creation and lifecycle management of SuccessFactors learning entities (e.g. Items, Curricula, Instructors etc)

    • Assignment and removal of learning entities

    • Mark learning complete

    • Creation of and lifecycle management of Assessments (quiz and exams)

    • Reporting of learning records using standard reports from SuccessFactors Learning

    • Create user accounts for myLesson (GSK’s external version of SuccessFactors Learning)

    • Execution of monthly/quarterly governance transaction processes

  • Delivery of the above activities according to agreed SLAs and quality standards

  • Ownership of service tickets to deliver on administration transactional processes for Blend LXP/SAP Jam for the following activities:

    • Loading of non-SuccessFactors learning content through standard templates

    • Execution of monthly/quarterly governance transaction processes as directed by KGC Technology Manager

  • Delivery of the above activities according to agreed SLAs and quality standards 

  • Work on updating the Myskill capability model by either creating a new model or reviewing the current cycle for updates.

  • Identify and implement necessary workarounds to minimize risk and avoid deviations.

  • Support SMEs with monthly quality check activities (for experienced associates).

  • Create customized reports and dashboards as requested by BUs, including compliance and other periodic reports.

  • Assist the L2 myLearning Tech Team in testing myLearning releases and other applications (e.g., AIR portal, Easygenerator).

  • Support KGC service tasks, including the creation and management of groups/sub-groups.

  • Deploy multiple language versions of courses using the language selector framework.

  • Test and deploy multiple language versions of R&U/online content courses in the new R&U template in collaboration with the DLT Team.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for bulk myLesson user account creation and external item creation.

  • Monitor bot performance, identify execution errors, and report issues to relevant stakeholders.

Experience required: 2- 4 yrs
