JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Associate, Data Analytics & AI to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our data science capabilities, focusing on building and deploying AI models for predictive analytics and commercial enablement tied to Mission Control. You will leverage your expertise in data analytics and AI to drive data-driven insights and enablement for strategic, tactical, and operational use cases.
Candidate Note: This role is 100% remote. We are looking for candidates preferably in United Kingdom but open to candidates also located in EU countries.
What your impact will be…
As a Senior Associate, Data Analytics & AI, you will develop and implement scalable AI and data analytics solutions, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your work will significantly contribute to the optimization of our performance and strategic decision-making processes.
What you will bring…
- AI Model Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models to support predictive analytics and enablement for commercial use cases.
- Data Analytics Workflows: Develop and implement data analytics workflows, including data transformation, reporting, and dashboard creation to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborative Requirements Gathering: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define AI and BI solutions, and ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- ETL Processes: Design and implement ETL processes to align with our data architecture, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment of data analytics initiatives with strategic objectives and priorities, including data architecture and governance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Innovation and Adoption: Advocate for the adoption of advanced AI methodologies across internal teams, showcasing their impact through measurable success metrics.
- Culture of Innovation: Participate in initiatives to foster a culture of innovation, demonstrating the role of AI in improving scalability and decision-making.
What will give you an edge…
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, AI, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and BI solutions.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies is a plus.
