FIGS is looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Associate, Customization to support and optimize daily customization operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate customization of products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing priorities, and driving process improvements.
About Customization at FIGS:
Customization at FIGS includes embroidery and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, offered in a variety of fonts, colors, sizes, and placements. This unique capability allows customers to personalize their FIGS apparel for a customized experience that blends function and style.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage priority and urgent customization order requests, ensuring timely execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct routine inventory and process audits to maintain accuracy and ensure operational excellence.
- Track and analyze customization performance metrics and service levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and manage daily operational tasks to support seamless end-to-end customization processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing systems, workflows, and best practices across customization operations.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
- Partner with teams across Logistics, Fulfillment, Customer Experience, Community, and Finance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for internal operations and project updates.
- Support vendor and partner relationships with consistent communication and follow-up.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in embroidery, screen printing, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, inventory, or related supply chain roles.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in data analytics and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual fluency is strongly preferred.
FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $55,000 and $75,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
