We’re looking for a talented and motivated Senior Associate to join our Creator Growth team and drive our outbound efforts to grow our network of creators. This role is crucial in expanding our creator network by sourcing high-potential influencers, spearheading outreach initiatives, and tracking the success of our outbound approach. If you’re passionate about the creator space, skilled in business development, and excited to be a driving force behind scaling our creator partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential creators across various platforms who align with ShopMy’s growing base of brand partners across both existing and new verticals
- Lead targeted outreach efforts to creators, creating tailored messages that resonate with individual profiles and needs
- Use tools like PersistIQ to run mass email campaigns, scaling outreach to efficiently contact a high volume of creators
- Test different approaches and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize response rates and conversion into ShopMy users
- Track and manage creator outreach efforts in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and follow-ups are executed in a timely manner
- Monitor outreach metrics and provide regular reporting on progress, key insights, and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a business development, sales, or creator management role, preferably in the digital media, influencer marketing, tech or creator economy space
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and outbound outreach, with a strong ability to be resourceful and craft compelling outreach messages
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., PersistIQ, Salesloft)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for personalized outreach and building relationships
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the creator economy and social media platforms is a plus
- Positive, entrepreneurial-minded, driven, eager to learn, and competitive team player
