About The Role:

ShopMy is hiring a Senior Associate, Creator Experience to directly support and strategically grow our top-earning and high-potential creators. You will work closely with some of the most influential digital talent, ensuring they have the resources, insights, and hands-on support to maximize their success on ShopMy.

This is a creator-facing role where you’ll provide both high-touch support and scalable guidance. You’ll own a portfolio of creators, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Client Strategy, and Data to deliver an exceptional experience while surfacing insights that drive ShopMy’s growth.

Your Impact to The Role:

  • Strategic Support: Partner with creators to adopt best practices, unlock opportunities, and increase revenue on ShopMy.
  • Performance Insights: Monitor creator data and surface tailored recommendations that drive measurable growth.
  • High-Touch Service: Resolve inquiries quickly, troubleshoot issues, and ensure creators feel supported at every step.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences and scalable support models.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or creator economy roles
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-profile talent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with creator platforms, affiliate programs, digital marketing tools, and fashion trends is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce also a plus

We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations. 

New York Pay Range
$80,000$100,000 USD

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
