Job Description
Get to Know The Team:
Grab SMB Self Serve enables merchants to engage audiences through advertising across online and offline channels. Applying our ecosystem and user base, we help clients reach their target audiences at scale and accomplish measurable outcomes. Join us in enhancing everyday lives across Southeast Asia.
Get to Know The Role:
- This role is crucial for implementing country strategies and creating growth.
- You will set goals, provide feedback during reviews, and promote self-serve solutions.
- Your responsibilities will include collaborating with partners to develop advertising strategies and driving widespread merchant adoption.
- You prioritize customer satisfaction above all, and value forging strong, lasting relationships, and excel in collaborative environments.
- You will report to the Team Lead of Country Development (Small Medium Business Self-Serve Solutions).
- You will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta office.
Critical Tasks You Will perform:
- You will acquire and retain advertisers, conducting regular business reviews, and growing merchant success through engagement with important partners, including country PICs, sales teams, and regional marketing and analytics teams.
- You will be a subject matter expert on the GrabAds Self-Serve platform, supporting advertiser growth by building training programs, assisting with localization, and providing post-training analysis.
- You will collaborate with country partners to prioritize plans, implement projects that promote new business and up-sell opportunities, and complete acquisition and retention strategies.
- You will implement regional B2B marketing campaigns, track performance, and ensure best practice sharing for continuous improvement.
- You will engage with important partners, identify partners, and guide merchant success through education programs in main cities.
- You will monitor Self-Serve performance, provide data-driven insights, and gather feedback for product enhancement.
- You will collaborate with SMB Strategy & Planning and Customer Success teams, ensuring operational success and documenting improvements to enhance workflow.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need
- You have a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in sales or consulting within B2B tech, digital sectors, or growth startups, with international or regional exposure. Advertising experience and Small Medium Business-focused experience.
- You have understanding of the Ads Ecosystem, both online and offline.
- You are process-driven with experience enabling business improvements and experience with sales enablement tools (CRM, content, marketing automation).
- You are a team player who excels in a matrix environment.
- You are motivated with a desire to excel and grow.
- You can interpret complex data and provide applicable insights and using data analysis tools.
