The Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy role will be responsible for helping execute Kredivo’s mid to long term strategic roadmap. This is a role that will require close coordination with multiple, cross-functional team members and external stakeholders to execute Kredivo’s buy or build expansion strategy, with the broader end goal of building a diversified digital financial services company in the region.
This candidate will report to the Chief Strategy Officer, and the primary roles and responsibilities will include:

- Leading the commercial due diligence workstream on potential acquisitions and market entry projects, including market sizing, competitive landscape assessment, customer segmentation, unit economics, regulatory dynamics, and post merger synergy assessment
- Conducting primary research (expert interviews, customer interviews, surveys), and translating overall diligence findings into actionable recommendations for deal structuring and financial planning
- Monitoring industry trends, competitive developments and emerging expansion opportunities
- Supporting end to end execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments and joint ventures - including sourcing, screening, evaluating and closing transactions
- Supporting capital markets and investor relations efforts, including preparation of materials for communicating the firm’s strategy to internal and external stakeholders
About You:
- 3-5 years of working experience in management consulting, private equity due diligence, or corporate development
- Familiarity with and interest in the financial services and fintech industry
- Execution oriented and enjoys working in fast, high growth environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and able to engage with AI tools
- Fluency in English + preferably 1 regional language in South East Asia (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, Tagalog)
- Based in Singapore but willing to travel occasionally
