About The Role

We believe in unleashing potential, and this role is designed for those eager to expand beyond pure-play PR. You will delve into the dynamic world of integrated communications, social strategy, and influence. As a Senior Associate in Ogilvy’s Content Team, you will play a key role in managing retainer accounts, driving creative campaigns, and executing social strategies that deliver measurable results.

From dissecting local trends and developing compelling content to orchestrating KOL campaigns and managing video production, you will be key to delivering impactful work.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Account Management: Provide overall management of retainer accounts and projects, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless execution.

Campaign Execution: Participate in campaign ideation and oversee end-to-end project management (budget, timeline, implementation) to bring creative concepts to life.

Influence & Events: Manage KOL relationships and coordinate on-ground events to amplify brand presence.

Social Media: Execute comprehensive social strategies, including social listening, content planning, media buying, and performance analytics/reporting.

Content Creation: Drive content writing and creation, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across platforms.

Production Management: Work closely with graphic designers and production houses to oversee video, visual, and motion production, ensuring high-quality creative output.

Operations: Handle necessary administrative and financial tasks related to account management to ensure project health.

What You’ll Need

Educational Background: A degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Social Media, Online Publication, PR, or Digital Marketing.

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with exceptional copywriting and editing skills essential for impactful communication.

Strategic Mindset: A curious individual with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, adept at asking the right questions and developing effective approaches to challenges.

Creative Driver: Experienced in driving creative campaigns and managing video production projects from concept to delivery.

Trend Spotter: On top of local trends and social media happenings, always knowing what’s "now" and "next."

Team Player: Positive and approachable team player who prioritises team success over individual glory and is a natural communicator who builds strong relationships.

Detail-minded Organizer: Well-organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams without losing focus.
