What will you be doing?
Work directly with some of Australia’s most loved food and grocery brands, helping them unlock new opportunities for growth.
In this client‑facing role, you’ll be the partner manufacturers rely on; translating consumer attitudes, behaviours, and purchasing trends into clear actions that win shoppers, grow brand penetration, and drive sales. You’ll identify opportunities, shape category and customer strategies, and influence decisions that deliver measurable growth for your clients.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive, long‑lasting relationships with clients
- Work with clients to understand their business challenges and help shape clear, practical solutions
- Tackle client briefs by pulling together insights from multiple data sources and turning them into actionable recommendations
- Present insights through clear, engaging storytelling that helps clients understand what to do next
- Use Circana’s proprietary tools to analyse data, uncover trends, and provide meaningful insights
- Support clients by training them on Circana’s software and assisting with day‑to‑day reporting needs
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in category management, account management, or insights—ideally within FMCG
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling stories
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing competing priorities
- Curious, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a supportive team
- Comfortable navigating challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Enjoys working in a fun, collaborative environment where ideas are shared and celebrated
