What You'll Contribute
The Senior Associate, Communications will support the planning, creation, implementation, and management of customer communication inventory.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development and execution of communication projects across all channels, including the creation, revision, and implementation of communication materials.
- Create high-quality written content for various communication channels, including letters, emails, online content, and chatbot scripting.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication materials and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Create and coordinate quick responses to issues requiring remediation with
- relevant business, IT, and risk partners.
- Handle multiple projects on tight timelines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for processes, programs, and products related
- to applicable communications.

What you have

- Familiarity with various communication channels, including digital platforms, print, and email.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
- Highly proficient skills in using communication tools and software, such as content management systems; PolicyTech; and Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in using Microsoft Word to track and review document edits.
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and build positive relationships.
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive initiative, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Experience in the financial industry.
- Writing sample and document revision required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism or bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience in customer communications or marketing.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience in the financial industry (preferably marketing- or service-related roles)
- 1-2 years project management experience
