Senior Associate, Commercial Operations
We are looking to expand our team in Mumbai and looking to hire a Senior Associate in our Commercial Operations team. You will design, build, test, and deploy practical AI solutions that enable GTM and business teams to maximize value from enterprise AI platforms. You will also Act as the hands-on AI practitioner responsible for converting business ideas into working AI-enabled solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Commercial Operations, go-to-market (GTM) leadership, and colleagues from across the business to ideate, develop, and build upon use cases and additional proof-of-concepts that sit within Kroll’s sales and go-to-market ecosystem. This role is in Hybrid mode and works 2pm - 11pm shift.
Responsibilities
Develop AI-powered solutions to address business challenges across the GTM organization.
Design, test, and optimize prompts for enterprise AI platforms.
Build proof-of-concepts and pilot solutions to demonstrate business value.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define solution approaches.
Create repeatable AI workflows and prompt libraries.
Drive adoption and implementation of AI use cases across ChatGPT, Salesforce Agentforce, and Microsoft Copilot.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend practical applications.
Document solutions, best practices, and implementation guidance.
Conduct user testing and gather stakeholder feedback to iterate and improve AI solutions.
Troubleshoot AI outputs and optimize performance.
Support AI training and enablement initiatives.
Collaborate with technology, security, and governance teams to ensure compliant deployment.
Act as a trusted advisor to business users seeking guidance on AI utilization
Required Skills (Must Have)
3–4 years' experience in technology, operations, business systems, AI, automation, or related fields.
Exposure to global stakeholders is a plus.
Experience in professional services or parallel B2B environment is a plus.
Practical experience using generative AI platforms.
Experience designing prompts, workflows, or automation solutions.
Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Make, Zapier) is advantageous.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
