JOB TITLE: Senior Associate, Client Solutions- Client Engagement (Financial Services Team)

ポジション概要：
既存クライアントを担当いただくアカウントマネージャーの募集となります。顧客の潜在ニーズの発掘を行い、課題解決に向けて、GLGのさまざまなリサーチソリューションを駆使して支援を行う、課題解決型営業の役割を担っていただきます。
今回募集しているポジションでは、主に金融サービス業界（プライベートエクイティファンド、ミューチュアルファンド、投資銀行、証券会社、ヘッジファンド、など）のクライアントをご担当いただきます。
金融系クライアントの多くはグローバル企業であり、世界有数のグローバルのプライベートエクイティファンドや、トップクラスの投資会社が中心です。世界で一流の金融企業かつ、トップクラスの人材と働くことができる、貴重な機会のあるポジションです。クライアント企業が手掛けるディールは、数百億～数千億円規模に及び、時には1兆円を超える規模となる場合もあります。そのような重要なディールの成否を司る一次情報(有識者)とクライアントを繋ぐ架け橋となるのが、本ポジションのミッションとなります。
クライアント企業とのコミュニケーションは、日常的に英語と日本語の両方で行われるため、英語力が求められます。担当クライアントや案件によっては、GLGの海外チームと一緒に進める調査も多数ございます。非英語圏を対象とした調査では、中国や東南アジア、欧州にいるチームと協力してご対応いただきます。
将来的にはチームのマネジメント業務を行っていただくことの想定されるポジションです。今後のキャリアパスとして管理職を目指したい方にも、活躍の機会が十分に用意されています。
主な業務の流れ：
•クライアント企業からの要望やニーズをヒアリング
•有識者データベースの中から適任者をサーチ（対象者がいない、少ない場合はこちらから提案）
•外部人材データベースの中から適任者をサーチ
•候補者に連絡し、受諾の可否及びスクリーニング
•インタビューの日程調整
•クライアントと有識者間でインタビュー実施
求める人物像 :
《必須スキル・経験》
•大卒以上
•ネイティブレベルの日本語
•ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書きマスト）
•自発的に考え行動できる方
•チームワークができる方(個人のみならず、組織全体が結果を出すために判断、行動できる方)
•2年程度のB2Bのクライアント対応の経験をお持ちの方（サービス、営業、アカウントマネージメント）
•マルチタスクの経験をお持ちの方
•好奇心旺盛で、問題解決が好きな方(様々な業界の調査依頼があります)
•数値目標に対するコミットメントが高い方
