The Role

Job Description:

The Senior Associate, Client Solutions & Planning will serve as a primary day-to-day contact for general client requests/deliverables, supporting the management of performance media (National Linear TV, CTV, and Digital Activation) programs and teams for a large automotive retailer client. You will report into the Associate Director. This role is may be based in anywhere in continental United States as long as you can work Eastern Standard Time hours. Alongside teammates, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships. This is a great role for someone who enjoys juggling numerous projects, learning and pursuing new ideas and isn't afraid to seek out new opportunities,.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitating day-to-day client and internal communications, aligns to day-to-day client contacts, while coordinating cross-department
  • Owning project management workflow and collaborates with cross-functional teams such as the National Video Investment Team to establish timelines; as well as inputting tasks/deliverables into project management tools
  • Serving as a problem solver for things related to prioritization and balancing workload and/or clarifying direction
  • Helping with the development and delivery of a variety of client deliverables, such as performance check-ins, status documents, campaign reporting and strategic recommendations; provides basic level of QA across all deliverables before delivering to client
  • Assisting with the development of presentations, performance recaps and merchandising materials
  • Scheduling and owns meeting invites, leads status calls, prepares/distributes agendas and distributing meeting notes with clear action items/next steps, timing and owners
  • Implementing workflow efficiencies and enhancements for self and team
  • Owning and masters account finance tracking, including generating MAs and tracking monthly IO amounts
  • Contributing to maintaining positive team morale; coordinates team events and celebrations for personal and professional achievements

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in media planning, media buying, or media project management
  • Familiarity with Paid Media with a basic understanding of performance media, especially: National Linear TV, CTV, and Digital Activation
  • Experience analyzing data, collaborating on strategy, insights, and recommendations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic mathematical concepts

The annual salary range for this position is 53K- 80K . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
