What You'll Do
- Provide support to the Client Development Team in the successful execution of account plans and strategies
- Conduct regular check-ins on clients campaigns, assess their effectiveness, and escalate concerns to the senior team when necessary
- Collaborate closely with the technical support team to smoothly onboard new campaigns
- Proficiency in utilising the Adlook platform
Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree; an analytical and scientific background is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a media role centred on cultivating relationships with external partiesKeen interest in programmatic technology and a quick aptitude for learning new tech
- Capability to instruct others, maintain confidence when addressing groups, and display humility in the process of learning from others
- English proficiency required; Italian fluency is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including activities such as creating pivot tables, generating charts, and manipulating extensive data sets
- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic start-up environment
- Effective organisational and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
