Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for leadership and operational reporting
- Develop and automate advanced Excel reports, models, and trackers
- Use PowerPoint to convert analysis into clear, executive‑ready presentations (monthly reviews, leadership updates, summaries)
- Write SQL queries to extract, join, and validate data from source systems
- Use Python for data cleaning, automation, and exploratory analysis (as needed)
- Support recurring leadership reporting and time‑sensitive ad‑hoc analysis
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clear documentation of KPIs and data logic
Required Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX fundamentals)
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivots, complex formulas, automation mindset)
- PowerPoint skills for executive storytelling and structured presentations
- Working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries)
- Exposure to Python for analytics or automation
- Experience working with large or imperfect datasets
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of experience in BI, analytics, MIS, or reporting roles
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and tight timelines
- Strong execution focus, with high attention to detail
- Able to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders
- Takes ownership rather than relying on constant supervision
