  • Assess fit and drive early valuation alignment: Help ensure quick assessment on target companies’ key financial metrics and valuation expectations to avoid misaligned opportunities and save time.
  • Engage with M&A advisors and intermediaries: Develop and maintain a high-quality network of regional and international M&A advisors, investment bankers, brokers, and deal intermediaries to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities from external sources.
What You bring to the table

    • Origination role in Venture Capital, Private Equity or Investment Banking OR
    • Corporate Development professionals looking to transition into origination OR
    • Expert network professionals
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of leads and exceed prospecting target quotas. You are highly metrics-driven and possess extensive experience with cold calling founders and c-suite executives to generate an effective acquisition funnel.
  • Professional attitude and a persistent and solid work ethic. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented hybrid environment.
What’s in it for You
  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
