The Role
The Senior Associate Business Analyst interfaces with clients to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, coordinate technology implementations, and manage functional testing and User Acceptance Testing. The role prepares business cases, procedures, training materials, and solution proposals; manages scope and change control; prioritizes requirements; and identifies and escalates project risks. Energy and utility experience is required, with government project experience preferred.

- Individual having experience in government Projects/ Distribution utility will be given more preference.
- Ability to interpret internal or external business issues required.
- Ability to collaborate and be a team player is required.
- Effectively and efficiently use all applications in the Microsoft Office Suite to create and deliver documents.
