All About the Role:

At Electrolux Group, our work is about more than delivering innovative products—it’s about improving everyday life for millions of people. As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, Consumables & Accessories, you will play a key role in driving growth and brand desirability across our Wellbeing portfolio, including Floor Care, Air Care, and Small Domestic Appliances, supporting both the Frigidaire and Electrolux brands.

In this role, you will help bring brands to life by translating consumer and market insights into compelling product positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing execution. You’ll manage multiple launches and initiatives simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Success requires a consumer‑centric mindset, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to turn data and insights into clear priorities and action. This role is ideal for a brand marketer who is curious, detail‑oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building meaningful brand experiences across touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support brand strategy development through analysis of consumer insights, performance data, and competitive trends.

  • Lead day‑to‑day brand and product marketing execution, ensuring commercial readiness and consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Manage end‑to‑end marketing deliverables for product launches, including timelines, briefs, packaging, messaging, and claims development.

  • Partner closely with cross‑functional teams (Brand Equity, Creative, Product Line, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations) to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

  • Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns by developing briefs, coordinating assets, and tracking performance against objectives.

  • Analyze brand and business performance using market, customer, and sales data to inform optimization and decision‑making.

  • Define learning objectives and collaborate with Consumer Insights to uncover insights, validate concepts, and inform marketing strategies.

  • Manage core marketing processes and tools, including claims databases, trademark clearance, project initiation, and invoice processing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of relevant brand or product marketing experience

  • Strong foundation in marketing fundamentals, brand positioning, and consumer behavior.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and launches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proven analytical capability with experience using data to generate insights and guide recommendations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for analysis and storytelling.
