As a Senior Associate Brand Manager for King's Hawaiian, you'll be an integral part of developing and executing full-funnel brand strategies that drive growth and build even more love for our iconic products. We're all about crafting breakthrough, innovative campaigns that truly spread the joy and fun that's baked right into our brand DNA. You'll report to the Senior Brand Manager, directly supporting the King's Hawaiian Brand team, and will have the autonomy to make routine decisions while collaborating with your leader on non-routine activities.
What You'll Do:
  • Strategize, plan, and execute 360 marketing campaigns throughout the year.
  • Stay up to date with trends and quickly assess their application to our business.
  • Generate ideas that maximize impact and earned media for the brand.
  • Actively participate in the annual planning process, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment of all consumer communications.
  • Provide input and recommendations on key components of the marketing plan and long-term strategy.
  • Partner with sales to ensure implementation of key marketing programs at retail, and craft some specialty programs for select accounts.
  • Support business growth with business analysis and insights. Provide relevant reports, gather key competitive intelligence, develop insights, and report findings to the team.
  • Develop, own, and manage the budget for key marketing activities.
  • Participate in marketing communication agency relationships.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of this role.

What You'll Need:
  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in CPG marketing with a solid understanding of the food business.
  • Proficient in forming relationships and collaborating with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to drive strategic thinking.
  • Views business problems with curiosity and approaches solutions with a "what if" mindset.
  • Analytical, decision-making, influence, and communication skills, as well as effective project management skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Developing the ability to demonstrate an ownership mindset.
  • Flexibility and ability to drive execution in a constantly evolving work environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Ability to activate and amplify aloha via King's Hawaiian values of excellence, dignity, saying it like it is in a way it can be heard, and courage; and curiosity, collaboration, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.

King's Hawaiian operates in a hybrid capacity, where we are in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and remote on Thursday and Friday.
The compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000 plus bonus potential with a midrange of $130,00. King's Hawaiian's philosophy is to try to hire candidates at the midrange point so there is opportunity for growth.
