Phillips Lytle seeks a Senior Associate with a J.D., Admission to NYS Bar, and at least 4 years of experience as a litigator which must include involvement in civil, criminal, and administrative litigation; conducting document review; preparing and interviewing witnesses; making court appearances (including arguing motions, appearing at pre-trial proceedings, conducting direct and cross-examination of witnesses at trial); appearing before regulatory agencies and managing government enforcement actions; conducting internal investigations; handling international commercial arbitration matters before tribunals such as the ICC, JAMS, SIAC, and NAM; performing cross-border data collection and managing compliance with data privacy rules and regulations; and handling white collar and government investigations with knowledge of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Annual salary for this position is $165,996.
