What you'll be doing:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior executives to ensure efficient department operations.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and executive time management activities.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for executives and departmental teams.
- Develop and maintain templates for departmental correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Track, process, and report expenses related to executive and departmental activities.
- Manage incoming communications, prioritize requests, and route inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business materials for executive leadership meetings.
- Coordinate logistics and support for department events, meetings, and special projects.
- Perform a wide range of administrative responsibilities independently while supporting departmental objectives.

- Experience creating and maintaining business correspondence and document templates.
- Experience with executive calendar management and scheduling.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and business communications.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities with minimal supervision.

- Associate Degree or professional certification in Administrative Services, Business Management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience supporting executive-level leaders in a corporate environment.
