Job Description
You will be part of the Commercial Operations team and reporting to the Manager, Property Management.
Job Responsibilities:
General Administration
Provide administrative support to the site team as assigned such as e-filing of documents
Responsible for recording and updating staff leave
Responsible for the petty cash float
Prepare and distribute invoices to tenants
Liaise closely with Finance department on matters relating to procurement, arrears management, banks and payment
Requisite stationery and pantry refreshment
Ensure that cheques and cash collections (if any) are banked in promptly
Perform required functions in SAP & Simplicity like accrual, perform good receipts for term contracts and ad-hoc purchase orders, non-rental revenue items billing.
Tenancy Matters
Update tenants’ records to the buildings as assigned
Compile and submit additional charges form for services rendered to tenants
Carpark Operations
Coordinate complimentary parking or reservation of parking lots for VIPs
Manage Season and hourly parking sales, revenue collection and refunds through JustPark system
Ensure prompt and effective car park operation and compliance with car park SOPs
Others
Attend enquiries/ complaints from tenants and general public at buildings as assigned and ensure prompt follow up
Any other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 3 to 5 years of related experience
Proactive and able to multi-task with minimum supervision
Proficient in MS office
Systematic with good organizational skills and enjoy interacting with people

Skills Required
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with 3 to 5 years related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience performing functions in SAP and Simplicity (accruals, GRs, billing)
- Experience with JustPark or carpark management systems (sales, revenue, refunds)
- Proactive, able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Systematic with good organizational skills and strong interpersonal/customer service skills
