Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage overall assets operations to ensure safety, productivity, field support and profitability
Develop any training necessary to improve the knowledge of employees within the company.
High emphasis on managing the inventory across the company to ensure high quality, high utilization and high ROI.
Prepare reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets and other reports detailing operational status
Manage personnel matters
Oversee all safety matters, including audits, safety training related to equipment
Work with key management as to the execution of programs and provide direction of changes in business conditions and/or procedures.
Evaluate assets to determine useful life and maintain desired fleet for the company
Other duties assigned as needed
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance (MBA preferred)
Minimum 10 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility in the construction or equipment industry.
An understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation
Strong sales and customer service experience required, outside sales experience preferred
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, pneumatic and other systems
Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills
Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
Knowledge and experience in the construction or equipment rental industry mandatory
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

$141,685.00 - $177,106.00
