Get hands-on.Expertly assemble components up to 65 lbs using manual and semi-automated tools — and handle Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to manage inventory and production flow.
Develop your team.Train and mentor technicians on technical skills, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Solve problems in real time.Spot bottlenecks, act fast, and implement solutions before small issues become big ones.

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and semi-automated assembly equipment
Ability to read blueprints

Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word)
