【業務内容】
クライアントである大手製薬会社のマーケティングコミュニケーション支援。
医療従事者向をはじめ、患者および一般消費者向けのコミュニケーション活動におけるアウトプットする制作物や成果物に対して、アートディレクション及びデザイン業務全般。
多岐にわたるデザイン/アートディレクション業務全般の責任を担います。
クリエイティブディレクターやチームメンバーと共に、問題解決やビジネス目標を達成するためのアイデア開発、アートディレクション含めたアウトプット制作を行います。
• ビッグアイデアの開発サポート
• ビジュアルアイデアの開発
• ビジュアル制作のディレクション
• エグゼキューションアイデアの開発
• デザインクオリティの管理、デザイナーや協力会社への適切なディレクションや指示出し、リード
• プロモーション施策の企画アイデア開発
• クリエイティブディレクターやプロジェクトリーダー、協力会社等との柔軟な連携
• デジタルプロジェクトのUI開発
• クライアントミーティングの出席およびプレゼンテーション
• チームスタッフへの指導
• 必要に応じてチームリーダーとして制作チームのリード
• 社外パートナーとの関係構築
【求める経験・能力・スキル】
・グラフィックや紙だけでなく、デジタルや映像/動画など幅広いご経験がある方 ・5年以上の広告代理店または制作会社でのアートディレクターとしてのご経験
・Photoshop、Illustrator、Indesignなどを使ったデザインスキル、Powerpoint、Adobe XD、Figmaを使った業務経験
・医薬品／ヘルスケア業界の経験は必須ではありませんが、ご興味を持っていること
・プレゼンテーションスキルのある方

Provide marketing communications support for a major pharmaceutical company client.
Responsible for overall art direction and design across a wide range of communication deliverables and outputs, including those targeting healthcare professionals as well as patients and general consumers.
This role carries responsibility for a broad spectrum of design and art direction tasks. Working closely with the Creative Director and team members, you will develop ideas and produce high-quality outputs—including art direction—to solve problems and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of big ideas
- Develop visual concepts and ideas
- Direct visual production processes
- Develop executional ideas
- Manage and maintain design quality; provide appropriate direction, guidance, and leadership to designers and external partners
- Develop creative concepts for promotional initiatives
- Collaborate flexibly with Creative Directors, project leaders, and external partners
- Develop UI for digital projects
- Attend client meetings and deliver presentations
- Mentor and guide team members
- Lead the production team as a team leader when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Broad experience across graphic/print, digital, and video/motion design
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director at an advertising agency or production company
- Strong design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as practical experience with PowerPoint, Adobe XD, and Figma
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is not required, but a strong interest in the field is expected
- Strong presentation skills
